Refund Policy

At Neersoft Technology LLP (“Neersoft”, “we”, “our”), transparency is a priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our company’s guidelines and procedures regarding cancellations and refunds for orders or services.
By engaging with our services or products, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Refund Eligibility
- All services and products offered by Neersoft are strictly non-refundable.
- This applies to, but is not limited to:
- Website design & development
- Digital marketing services & paid advertisements (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Graphic design & branding services
- Flow (WhatsApp marketing tool built on Jio Haptik platform)
- CRM, ERP, billing, and other software implementations (Odoo, Zoho, and other 3rd party platforms)
- Once an order, subscription, or project has been initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Timeframes
- Since all services are customized, digital, and subscription-based in nature, no refund requests are accepted at any stage of the project or service lifecycle.
- Clients are advised to review proposals, project scopes, and service agreements carefully before making any payment.
3. Return / Replace Requests
- Neersoft does not sell physical goods; hence, return or replacement is not applicable.
- For digital services or software implementations, Neersoft may provide best-effort issue resolution but this does not entitle clients to refunds or replacements.
4. Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Services
The following services are non-refundable and non-cancellable:
- Paid digital advertisements (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar)
- Software subscriptions and licenses (Odoo, Zoho, Jio Haptik, or other 3rd party platforms)
- Project-based services (web design, development, digital marketing, branding, etc.)
Once initiated, such services cannot be canceled or refunded due to the immediate resource allocation and third-party dependencies involved.
5. Cancellation Procedures
- Clients may request cancellation of a project or service engagement by submitting a written notice to Neersoft.
- Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund. Any fees paid remain non-refundable.
- The client will remain liable to pay for any outstanding invoices, work completed, or third-party expenses incurred until the date of cancellation.
6. Fees & Requirements
- No cancellation fees apply, as payments made are non-refundable.
- However, full payment of all due amounts (including any unpaid balance for services rendered) is required before cancellation is considered effective.
7. Third-Party Terms
- For services involving third-party platforms (Odoo, Zoho, Jio Haptik, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), their respective refund, cancellation, and service policies apply separately.
- Neersoft is not responsible for refunds or cancellations arising from third-party platforms.
8. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
