We build NeerSoft CRM. We are also an authorized Zoho partner who implements Zoho CRM for clients. So we are about to compare our own product against one we sell, on our own website, which is roughly the least credible position imaginable.
So let us be blunt upfront: Zoho CRM is a better product than NeerSoft CRM. It does more, it does it deeper, and for a lot of businesses it is the right answer. We will happily implement it for you.
What follows is the honest case for when it is not.
Quick answer
Choose Zoho CRM if: you want feature depth, you have someone who will own the configuration, you need a large integration ecosystem, or you want AI-assisted selling.
Choose NeerSoft CRM if: you are a small team, you tried a big CRM and nobody used it, and you want something live in a day that does the core job and nothing else.
The honest test: if you have the appetite to configure and learn a CRM properly, buy Zoho. If your last CRM died from neglect in week three, buy something simpler.
Where Zoho CRM is straightforwardly better
Let us do this part first, because it is the longer list.
Feature depth. Zoho does far more. Multi-pipeline, territory management, advanced workflows, forecasting, deep customisation. NeerSoft CRM does not compete here and does not try to.
Zia, the AI assistant. Deal scoring, anomaly detection, predictions, automated suggestions. It genuinely works. We have nothing equivalent.
Integrations. 400+ integrations in Zoho’s marketplace. NeerSoft CRM has a fraction of that.
Reporting and analytics. Zoho’s reporting is genuinely powerful, and Zoho Analytics extends it further. Ours is basic.
The ecosystem. Zoho CRM connects natively to Books, Inventory, People, Desk and 45+ other apps. If you want your CRM talking to your accounting, that is a solved problem in Zoho and a project everywhere else.
Scale. Zoho handles enterprise-level operations. We are built for small teams and would not pretend otherwise.
Track record. Zoho is an Indian company with two decades of history and a vast install base. We are considerably newer.
If any of those matter to you, this comparison is already over. Buy Zoho.
Where NeerSoft CRM genuinely wins
One thing, mainly. But it is not a small thing.
Adoption.
Here is the pattern we kept seeing, and the reason we built the product at all. A small Indian business buys a capable CRM. It gets configured, roughly. Nobody is trained properly. The interface has forty tabs and the team needs six of them. Three weeks later, the sales guy is back on WhatsApp and Excel, and the subscription quietly renews for a year.
That business did not have a CRM problem. It had an adoption problem. And the more capable the tool, the worse it gets, because depth costs attention.
NeerSoft CRM does five things: capture leads, show them on a visual pipeline, remind you to follow up, run simple trigger-and-action automations, and report the basics. That is the whole product. Setup takes about a day. Your team understands it the first time they open it, because there is not much to understand.
Speed to value. Live in a day, not a project. Leads import straight from your spreadsheet.
Price predictability. Rupee pricing, GST invoice, no add-on stacking. What you see is the bill.
Nothing to learn. This is the feature. Everything else on this page is a consequence of it.
Side by side, honestly

| Scales to | Enterprise | Small teams |
| Free plan | Yes — 3 users | See pricing page |
| Pricing | ~₹800–₹1,400/user/mo | ₹1499 + GST, no add-on stacking |
| Best at | Doing more | Getting used |
Indicative as of 2026, excluding 18% GST. Zoho pricing from the India pricelist, annual billing.
Look at that table properly. Zoho wins most rows. That is not false modesty; it is the actual situation, and any comparison telling you otherwise is selling.
The question is not which product has more rows. It is which row matters to you.
The cost comparison
Zoho CRM: Standard around ₹800/user/month, Professional around ₹1,400/user/month, billed annually. Free edition for up to three users. All prices exclude 18% GST — a ₹1,400 plan is really ₹1,652.
NeerSoft CRM: see our pricing page. Rupee-denominated, GST invoice.
The honest point about cost: at small team sizes, the price difference between these two is not the deciding factor. Zoho’s free edition covers three users. If cost is your only concern, Zoho’s free tier probably beats paying us anything.
Cost is not the reason to choose NeerSoft CRM. Adoption is. If we win on price alone, we have probably sold you the wrong thing.
Who should pick which
Solo founder or 2–3 people: honestly, start on Zoho’s free edition. It covers three users and costs nothing. If it works, you have saved money. If it sits unused after a month, you have learned something useful about your team, and then talk to us.
4–15 people, first CRM, nobody technical: NeerSoft CRM. This is our slot. Small team, no CRM admin, needs something live this week that people will actually open.
4–15 people, someone owns the setup: Zoho. If you have a person who will configure it and train the team, Zoho’s depth becomes an asset instead of a tax. That is a real advantage and we would be lying to talk you out of it.
15+ people: Zoho, or look at flat-rate pricing like Kylas. At that size you need reporting, permissions and structure that we do not offer. If per-seat cost is the issue, our Zoho alternatives post covers the options.
You need CRM plus accounting plus HR: Zoho One. Not close.
You tried Zoho and abandoned it: this is the interesting case. Diagnose honestly first. Was Zoho too complex for your team, or was it configured badly and nobody trained? Those have different answers. If it was genuinely too much tool, come to us. If it was a bad implementation, a proper Zoho setup is cheaper than a migration, and we do that too.
The thing we cannot do
Some honesty about the limits, because you will find them eventually.
NeerSoft CRM will not scale with you forever. It is built for small teams doing the core job well. When you need multi-pipeline territory management, or forecasting, or a CRM that talks to your ERP, you will outgrow us. That is by design, not a bug we plan to fix.
When that day comes, your data exports to CSV and imports into Zoho, and we will help you move.
We would rather be the right tool for three years than the wrong tool for ten.
The bottom line
Zoho CRM is more capable. NeerSoft CRM is more likely to get used by a small team with nobody to run it.
That is the entire trade, and which side of it you want depends on a question only you can answer honestly: will your team actually use the thing you buy?
If yes, buy the more capable tool. Zoho is excellent and we will implement it properly for you.
If your track record says no — and for a lot of small Indian businesses it does — buy the simpler one and use it.
Either way, we would rather you pick right than pick us. For the wider market, we compared the top 10 CRM software in India with Zoho at number one. For what any of it should cost, see CRM pricing in India.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is NeerSoft CRM better than Zoho CRM?
No, not on capability. Zoho CRM is more feature-rich, has 400+ integrations, includes AI-assisted selling through Zia, and scales to enterprise. NeerSoft CRM is deliberately lightweight and wins only on adoption — it is simpler to set up and more likely to be used by a small team with no dedicated CRM administrator.
Should a small business choose NeerSoft CRM or Zoho CRM?
If you have someone who will own the configuration and train the team, choose Zoho — its depth becomes an asset. If your team is small, nobody is technical, and a previous CRM went unused, choose NeerSoft CRM. The deciding question is whether your team will actually use what you buy.
How much do NeerSoft CRM and Zoho CRM cost?
Zoho CRM Standard is around ₹800/user/month and Professional around ₹1,400/user/month, billed annually, with a free edition for up to three users. All prices exclude 18% GST. NeerSoft CRM pricing is on our pricing page, in rupees with a GST invoice. At small team sizes, cost is not the deciding factor between them.
Can I migrate from NeerSoft CRM to Zoho CRM later?
Yes. NeerSoft CRM data exports to CSV, which imports directly into Zoho CRM. We build lightweight software for small teams, so businesses do outgrow us as they scale — and when that happens we help with the migration rather than fighting it.
Why would I buy a smaller CRM instead of Zoho?
The most common reason is adoption. A capable CRM that your team abandons in week three costs more than a simple one they open daily. If you have previously bought a full-featured CRM and gone back to spreadsheets, that is a signal about your team’s capacity, not about the software’s quality.
