Gmail enforces a daily sending limit on all accounts — 500 emails/day for @gmail.com and 1500-2000/day for Google Workspace. This is a Google restriction outside our control. Your campaign will resume the next day automatically when quota resets. All unsent rows will remain blank in the Status column so you can continue from where you left off.
No. Your email content and contact list stay in your own Google Sheet and Gmail account. We only store tracking events (open/click timestamps) in our secure Firebase database to show you live status updates.
No. Each email is sent individually from your Gmail account — just like a normal email. Recipients see only their own name and details. There is no “bulk send” header or mention of mail merge.
They are immediately added to our unsubscribe list. Future campaigns will automatically skip them — even if they are still in your Sheet. You will see UNSUBSCRIBED in their status column.

Yes. neerONE Mail Merge uses official Google OAuth — we never store your Gmail password. The add-on only requests the permissions it needs: sending emails, reading drafts and accessing your Sheet. You can revoke access anytime from your Google account settings.
The Free plan supports up to 15 emails/day — enough for small campaigns and testing. Pro (₹199/month) supports 500/day and Elite (₹399/month) supports 1500-2000/day. All plans include tracking, unsubscribe management and Gmail draft support.

neerONE Mail Merge sends emails through your own Gmail account. Google restricts all Gmail accounts to a maximum of 400 emails/day (free Gmail) or 1500-2000 emails/day (Google Workspace). These limits are set by Google and are outside our control. Our plan limits are designed to stay within these boundaries. We are not responsible for any sending interruptions caused by Gmail quota restrictions
