Let’s be honest first

You pay us. We pay you in skills, projects & proof.

Most internships hide this. We won’t. Here’s exactly what this transaction is.

💡

This is a training-led internship, not a stipend-paying job.

You pay a program fee. NeerSoft does not pay a stipend — instead, every rupee and every hour goes into making you genuinely better at the work that gets hired in 2026.

What you’re really buying is access — to real client projects, founder mentorship, modern AI tools, professional software, and three official letters that go on your résumé. The fee keeps cohorts small, keeps the quality high, and keeps tyre-kickers out.

Free internships are often unpaid data entry. We think your time is worth more than that — and we’ve built a program to prove it.

What you’ll actually learn

Honest qualification

Not everyone gets in. And that’s the point.

We interview every applicant. If we don’t think it’s right for you — or you for us — we’ll say so.

This is for you if

  • You’re a student, recent graduate, or career-switcher
  • You’re curious about AI and want to actually use it well
  • You’re allergic to passive video-course learning
  • You can commit 2–3 hours a day without flaking
  • You want a portfolio, not just a certificate
  • You’re willing to be told when your work isn’t good enough

This is NOT for you if

  • You want to become a hardcore software engineer
  • You’re looking for a stipend or “guaranteed placement”
  • You want a passive, video-only experience
  • You can’t commit 6 days a week for a full month
  • You expect a recommendation letter regardless of effort
  • You’re allergic to feedback or being challenged
From past interns

What students actually say.

Real quotes from people who completed the program.

I came in expecting another online course. I left with a portfolio of three live projects and a job offer I would never have gotten otherwise. The AI workflow training alone was worth it.

Batch —Marketing Intern, 2025

I was hesitant about paying — but the level of personal feedback and the real client work I got assigned cleared every doubt in week one. This is mentorship you cannot buy in a regular course.

Website Designing & AI

The “no coding” approach scared me at first. By month two, I was building full client websites using AI and no-code tools — and getting paid freelance work on the side. Game changer.

Clearing your doubts

Questions everyone asks before applying.

Honest answers. No marketing spin.

Why is this a paid program when most internships are free?

Two reasons. First, free internships often turn into unpaid data entry — because the company has no obligation to invest in you. When you pay, we’re obligated to deliver real training, real projects, and real outcomes.

Second, the fee keeps cohorts small and serious. We can’t accept 50 students a month and still give each person founder-level mentorship. The fee is what makes the depth possible.

Will I get a stipend or salary?

No. This is explicitly a training-led internship — NeerSoft does not pay a stipend. What you get instead is access to live client projects, mentorship from a founder running multiple SaaS products, professional software training, a portfolio, and three official letters. We’ve designed the value to be in your skills and credentials, not a small monthly cheque.

Are the Offer, Experience, and Recommendation letters real?

Yes. All three are issued by NeerSoft Technology LLP — a registered firm in Pune, India. The Offer Letter goes out on Day 1. The Experience Letter is issued upon successful completion. The Recommendation Letter is personally written by the founder and is performance-based — not everyone receives it, and that’s what makes it count.

You say you don’t teach coding. Is that a problem?

It depends on what you want. If your dream is to become a software engineer at a product company, this program isn’t for you — go learn DSA and frameworks instead.

But if you want to be the person who actually ships things — landing pages, marketing campaigns, dashboards, automations, AI workflows — without spending 2 years on syntax, this is exactly the right program. AI now writes most of the code. The skill is knowing what to build and how to direct it.

What’s the program fee?

Fees vary based on the duration you choose (1, 2, or 3 months) and are shared during the screening call. We deliberately don’t list them publicly because the right pricing depends on what you’re trying to achieve. Apply, hop on a 15-minute call, and we’ll discuss it honestly. If the program isn’t right for you, we’ll say so before you pay anything.

Is there a placement guarantee?

No — and you should be suspicious of anyone who offers one. What we do guarantee: real project experience, a strong portfolio, three official letters, a LinkedIn recommendation, and resume/profile review by a hiring manager. We also pass on relevant openings from our network. The interview, you still have to win on your own.

I’m a college student — can I do this alongside my degree?

Yes, this is exactly who it’s designed for. 2–3 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, fully online. Many of our applicants are final-year students or fresh graduates building skills before their first job hunt. Just make sure you can genuinely commit the hours — flaking out means losing your recommendation letter.

What if I drop out midway?

You won’t receive the Experience or Recommendation letter — those require completion. Fee refund terms are explained during onboarding and depend on when you exit. The Offer Letter you receive on Day 1 stays with you regardless. We strongly encourage you to ask all your doubts in the screening call before committing.

Ready to do real work?
